I am extremely disappointed with ACR Motors, Sector 63, Noida. I gave my car here for an insurance claim, and the entire experience was terrible. It took them 3 months to deliver my car, which is unacceptable. Your service Manager Mr. Monu is very professional and commendable to his work, he was the only person who took care of everything and tried to resolve every problem that can be resolved under him other then that every other person is disorganized. Nobody gives proper updates except Mr. Monu, and you have to keep following up again and again. The waiting area is also pathetic—the AC doesn’t work properly, and most of their office runs without air conditioning even in peak summer. Sitting there was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend ACR Motors to anyone. Very poor service, lack of basic facilities, and no respect for customers’ time. Avoid if you can My all thank to Mr. Monu ~ harsh p

Service experience was very good .All employees behaviour also was good specially Mr. Monu and Mr. Honey . All genuine part used by service centre. Very impressive service but AC was not properly working in office and customer waiting area . Please improve it and focus on CRM .
